Dear RyDM Team and Students,

We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. As you may already know, the World Health Organization (WHO) has officially declared that the emergency phase of the COVID-19 pandemic is now over. This is indeed a positive development and brings hope for a brighter future. However, the safety and well-being of our employees, trainers, and students remain our utmost priority.

COVID-19 emerged in December 2019, spreading globally and affecting people of all ages. The World Health Organization (WHO) implemented measures to safeguard people, including surveillance, testing, and public health guidelines. WHO facilitated the development and distribution of test kits, established testing centers, and promoted widespread testing. They provided guidance on preventive measures such as wearing masks, practicing hand hygiene, and maintaining physical distance. WHO’s efforts aimed to control the spread of the virus, identify and isolate infected individuals, and protect the health and well-being of the population.

In light of this, we have formulated a vaccine policy to ensure a safe working and learning environment for everyone associated with RyDM. The purpose of this policy is to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission and protect the health of our community. We believe that widespread vaccination is a crucial step towards achieving these goals.

  1. Encouragement and Education: We strongly encourage all employees and students to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination is an effective measure to protect oneself and others from the virus. We will provide resources and educational materials to help you make an informed decision about vaccination.
  2. Voluntary Disclosure: While vaccination is not mandatory, we request all employees and students to voluntarily disclose their vaccination status. This information will be kept confidential and used solely for internal planning purposes to ensure a safe environment.
  3. Safety Measures: Regardless of vaccination status, we will continue to implement and enforce safety measures to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This includes regular sanitization of our premises, promoting good hygiene practices, and encouraging social distancing whenever possible.
  4. Remote Work and Learning Options: For employees and students who are unable to get vaccinated due to medical reasons or personal beliefs, we will provide remote work and learning options whenever feasible. Your health and safety are important to us, and we will strive to accommodate individual circumstances to the best of our ability.
  5. Ongoing Monitoring: We will closely monitor the local and global COVID-19 situation and update our policies accordingly. If there are any changes or new guidelines from health authorities, we will promptly communicate them to you and make necessary adjustments to ensure everyone’s well-being.

Remember, the fight against COVID-19 is not yet over, and it is our collective responsibility to keep ourselves and our community safe. By following this vaccine policy and adhering to the safety measures in place, we can create a secure environment where everyone can thrive.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and commitment to the health and safety of our RyDM family. Together, we will navigate these challenging times and emerge stronger than ever before.

Right to Edit Vaccine Policy as Per Need and Government Regulations

In light of the ever-evolving situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to emphasize that our vaccine policy is subject to change and revision as per the needs and regulations set forth by the government of Pakistan. We understand the importance of staying aligned with the latest guidance and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and students.

As new information emerges and public health guidelines are updated, we reserve the right to modify our vaccine policy accordingly. This may include adjustments to vaccination requirements, safety measures, remote work, and learning options, and any other relevant aspects that contribute to maintaining a secure environment.

We are committed to closely monitoring the directives and guidelines provided by the government and health authorities to ensure our policies align with the most current information available. Our primary goal is to prioritize the health and safety of our RyDM family while complying with the regulations established by the government of Pakistan.

Any updates or revisions to the vaccine policy will be promptly communicated to all employees and students. We encourage you to stay informed and engaged in the ongoing discussions regarding COVID-19, as your active participation and cooperation are vital in creating a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding of our vaccine policy and flexibility as we navigate through these challenging times together.
